Sydney’s Opening Feb. 13 in Preston, Idaho

Sydney’s Restaurant has announced it’s re-opening in Preston, Idaho on Feb. 13. The restaurant shut down operations in its Mantua location just a few weeks ago.

Here’s the Facebook announcement, which I assume came from Sydney’s owner, Denise Hardy:

“Well howdy, Preston! The dust is settling, and Sydney’s is fixin’ to open its doors come February 13th. From high noon ’til 8:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday, we’re bringing the spirit of the wild west to 101 N State Street, Preston, Idaho🕛 Open Tuesdays-Saturdays 11:00 am – 8:00 pm🍽️ Savor the flavor of the frontier with steaks, country fried steak, burgers, and more. Homemade fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings hotter than a prairie summer.🍰 And for those with a sweet tooth as big as the open range, our desserts are as tempting as a moonlit ride. Cheesecakes, cakes, and pies to satisfy even the hungriest cowboy.Get ready to tip your hat to good eatin’. Sydney’s is comin’ to town, and we’re serious about serving up the best darn grub in these parts. 🌵#SydneysPreston#OpeningSoon

Because I’ve seen a lot of restaurant openings end up being delayed for one reason or another, my advice would be to wait a few days, or even a week, before heading to Sydney’s. Even if they’re definitely open on time, it’s good to let the staff ease into the new digs without being mobbed with customers. But then again, if you decide to just head to Sydney’s on Feb. 13, enjoy!
