Local Restaurateurs Gifting A Day of Profits to their Graduating Seniors
Local restaurant owners, Jordan & Jennifer Olsen, are honoring their graduating high school senior staffers by giving them all the profits earned this Friday or Saturday from the stores where they work.
This is the third annual “Senior Day” that the Olsens have sponsored. The community can raise those profits by patronizing the restaurants on Senior Day.
“We think Senior Day is a fun way to let our employees know how much we appreciate them and their hard work,” said Jordan Olsen. “We have the pleasure of working with these outstanding kids during their high school years. We hire many of them during their sophomore year of high school working their first job, and we get to see them improve over the years and become hard working members of the community.”
He said that last year’s Senior Day brought in the second most sales ever for a single day at Kaysville Subway.
“We were able to give our seniors a very big graduation gift in 2023. We would love to break last year’s record.”
Jordan & Jennifer Olsen met as teens working at the Kaysville Subway in 1997. They married in 2002. When the restaurant came up for sale in 2019, they bought it.
