On the heels of its first successful Craft Night, Burger Stop in Layton is offering a monthly night of crafts and cuisine.

The next night, Feb. 28, features St. Patrick’s Day and Easter projects provided by C & K Vinyl, ranging in price from $15-20. Burger Stop, at 323 E. Gentile Street in Layton, is known for its classic-car theme. Now, it might be known for classic cars AND crafts.

According to Karen Wright, one of Burger Stop’s owners, the craft price is separate from food. You can order from the menu and pay for whatever you’d like while you’re crafting.

“We have a drawing for a free project, we hand out treats, and you can come and order anything off the menu,” wrote Wright.

Since space is limited, registration is open to the first 20 people. Registration and payments for the craft projects will close on Monday, Feb. 19. Register here: https://docs.google.com/…/1cOMjOKs…/edit. Send Venmo payments to https://venmo.com/u/SassyFam6.

Brent and Karen Wright, and sons Andrew Wright and Nik Wright bought the Burger Stop in Layton last year.

Since buying the 30-year-old Burger Stop last year, the Wright family has hosted different events to bring people through the doors, such as the popular “Cruisin'” classic car show, an art show featuring students’ work from Layton High, and now the monthly craft night. They have also expanded to serving the Burger Stop menu at Patrick’s Pub in Salt Lake City.
