Vessel Kitchen Opening At Station Park with Giveaways and Prizes
Vessel Kitchen is offering giveaways and prize drawings to celebrate its Station Park Farmington opening on Jan. 13-24.
This is the sixth Vessel Kitchen since Nick Gradinger, Brian Reeder and Roe’e Levy founded the fast casual restaurant in Park City in 2016. This is the first location north of Salt Lake City, on 320 North Central Avenue (next to Costa Vida and near Santorini Greek Grill).
The fast-casual restaurant is known for both “healthy” meals and comfort foods — “quality food at an affordable price in a beautiful setting,” is how co-founder Nick Gradinger described it. Entrees range from $10-$17.
The restaurants also accommodate food allergies and special diets. “We want to be a safe haven for people with celiac, or who are dairy intolerant,” Gradinger said.
According to the website,”We have offerings perfect for vegans and vegetarians, both Keto and Paleo, and we’re proud to be one of Utah’s only Whole30 Approved restaurants. We also love braised beef and mac & cheese. Whether you’re following a plan or following your heart, Vessel has a choice that celebrates the path you’re on.”
Likely the most popular dish on the menu is called Hash Hash — braised beef, sweet potato hash, horseradish crema, crumbled feta, and pickled onion. Gradinger said that Vessel Kitchen changes its menu three times a year, but this is the one dish that has never been taken off the menu. “For some reason, people can’t get enough of it.”
In 2018, Vessel Kitchen won the Utah Restaurant Association’s “Best New Concept” Award for fast casual dining.
