El Pollo Loco, the Southern California franchise known for its fire-grilled chicken and Mexican cuisine, has opened its newest restaurant at 2028 N. Main Street in Layton.

  • On Saturday, December 10, El Pollo Loco will be giving away FREE fire-grilled chicken for a year. The first 100 customers will receive a two-piece meal (two pieces of chicken, two sides, tortillas and fresh salsa) every month for an entire year.
  • The restaurant is open every day of the week, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Located right around the corner from Hill Air Force Base, the new restaurant offers a year-round 25% discount to all uniformed military personnel.
  • El Pollo Loco entered the Salt Lake City marketplace in 2008, with its very first area restaurant in Lehi. Since 2014, they’ve opened seven additional area restaurants. The others can be found in Layton, Salt Lake City, Orem, Sandy, West Valley, Jordan and Riverdale.
