Today I made my Salsa Chicken Soup on ABC-4’s Good Things Utah.

I’ve put my blog on hold for awhile, because I’ve spent most of my spring and summer working on a Vietnam veterans’ book. I’ve had to cut back on other projects.

But, I rarely turn down an invitation to do a cooking demo on Good Things Utah.
