Cafe Zupas Opening in Lehi

The newest Café Zupas will open at 3750 N. Thanksgiving Way in Lehi on April 24.

This “soft” opening will lead up to a grand opening celebration on May 3 for the fast-casual soup, salad and sandwich franchise.  From 11 a.m.-10 p.m. on May 3, Café Zupas will offer free dessert with every meal, a $25 gift card giveaway every 15 minutes, and a chance to win free Zupas for one year a $550 value.  The first 50 guests in line will also receive half-off their in-store dine-in purchase.

The Lehi location showcases the company’s evolution to a more sleek ambience anad customized experience.  Custom designed seating, energy-efficient lighting, a new drink bar layout, and updated signs are some of the new features. The centerpiece of the restaurant is a “Recharge Bar” where guests can enjoy their meal and interact with touch-screen displays. A large display window showcases the kitchen, where guests can watch the  chopping, sautéing, and blending that goes into their made-from-scratch meals.

You can also see the chocolate station where ruby-red strawberries are hand-dipped in premium Belgian chocolate. The strawberries are the Cafe Zupas signature item that add a touch of class to every meal.

Cafe Zupas, founded in 2004, has 23 restaurants and employs over 1,000 people in Utah, Arizona and Nevada.
