Congratulations to Kate Johnson, winner of the cookbook, “Smashed, Mashed, Boiled and Baked and Fried Too!” by Raghavan Iver.

Last week when I announced the cookbook giveaway, I asked everyone to send in a comment about your favorite potato dish. All the names were entered in the prize drawing.
