King Arthur Flour Coming To Salt Lake Culinary Center

Chefs from King Arthur Flour will conduct baking demonstrations and hands-on workshops during the Salt Lake Culinary Center’s “Foodie Friday with King Arthur Flour” on Friday, Feb. 21, from 5- 8:30 p.m.

Founded in Vermont in 1790, King Arthur Flour is the oldest flour mill in America.

King Arthur Flour chefs Jessica Meyer and Amber Eisler will work with Salt Lake Culinary Center baking specialist, Chef Katy Monti, to demonstrate both sweet and savory baked goods such as pizzas, six-string braided bread, cream puffs,  and palmiers appetizers. There will be lots of samplings and door prizes.  Cost is $25 per person.
