“Farm-to-table” is a popular buzzword in today’s food world, and Kaysville is becoming part of the trend. The idea is to show off fresh, locally grown produce.
USU Extension is hosting a farm-to-table dinner at the USU Botanical Center Arboretum, 875 S. 50 West on Thursday, Sept. 15, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Dutch oven caterer Blaine Scott will serve a main course of roast beef with cheesy potatoes and Mexican street corn. Dessert is apple crisp with Aggie ice cream.
