Park City Restaurants Hosting Easter Events

Prices are $27.75 for adults, and $13.75 for children under 12

One of Park City’s longest-running steakhouses is offering a prix fixe Easter brunch. Diners can choose from boneless rosemary leg of lamp and slow-roasted round of beef with cabernet jus; a cold buffet table serving hoisin-glazed salmon filet, deviled eggs, and grilled shrimp and lemon dill quiche; a hot buffet table with scrambled eggs and home-style potatoes, smoked bacon and country-link sausage, cheese blintzes with blueberry sauce, eggs Benedict, Italian sausage polenta, soy garlic marinated beef skewers, and more; plus made-to-order omelets and selections of cheeses, crepes, pastries, fruits, and desserts

Table One at Sky Lodge: Sunday buffet, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Prices are $55 for adults, $25 for children under 13

Table One at Sky Lodge is serving a prix fixe Easter Brunch buffet featuring more than a dozen items, plus a Bloody Mary and mimosa bar and an extravagant dessert buffet. Other selections include omelets made to order, house-smoked Scottish salmon, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, fresh fruits and salads, traditional eggs Benedict, chili- and sage-rubbed hanger steak and much more.

Wasatch Brew Pub and Squatters Roadhouse Grill: Sit-down service.  Wasatch Brew Pub and Squatters won’t be changing their service for Easter — in fact, they’ll both be open for brunch. They’ll also be serving their famous Midday Marys, Midday Mimosas and Noners for just $1.99.

 

Windy Ridge Café: Sunday buffet, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Windy Ridge Café will offer an Easter brunch buffet filled with fresh seafood, prime rib, roasted turkey, traditional breakfast items and more.

Price is $30 per person.
