FACT SHEET
PROJECT The Mist Project intends to connect regions and people to their indigenous foods, while providing an unparalleled dining experience in unique, temporary locations. The project
is perfection in craft: from ingredient selection, to recipe research, cookery and technique, and final presentation. Mist is the world’s best moveable feast.
RESTAURANTS Mist restaurants offer an extraordinary multi-course, multi-sensory dining experience. Created by world-trained Chef Gavin Baker, each Michelin-caliber restaurant will open in select cities nationally for four weeks at a time. Due to the limited number of seats available and the unique restaurant experience, tickets must be purchased in advance.

Chef Gavin has previously held positions at La Cote Basque and Oceana in New York, Justin Timberlake’s Chi in Los Angeles, the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah, the 2006 World Cup in Frankfurt, Germany, and five consecutive Masters Tournaments.
