SHEPHERD’S DAIRY TAKES 3 AT AMERICAN CHEESE SOCIETY COMPETITION

Shepherds Dairy in Tooele won three awards at the annual American Cheese Society competition among artisan cheesemakers. Products Awards
The goat’s milk company entered six cheeses, and won second place for its plain feta in the category of feta made from goat’s milk;
third place for its Bravo Heights Whisper cheese in the open category of cold pack style; and a second place for its Funshine Hickory Garlic in the flavored cheese category.
