Author Suneeta Vaswani provides hundreds of recipes in her “Complete Book of Indian Cooking,” (Robert Rose Publishing).  You can win this book by leaving a comment at the end of this blog post!

Each recipe includes background information that helps the home cook become more knowledgeable about — and comfortable with — Indian food.

Some of the 350 exotic, yet easy, recipes include:
