CoreLife Eatery Offers Free Meals on Thursday

CoreLife Eatery, a healthy-menu restaurant, is offering free meals from noon to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25 to celebrate its newest location, 10395 S State St. in Sandy. Donations will be accepted, with 100% of the money will go to The Sandy Club: A Safe Place for Boys & Girls.

CoreLife Eatery offers from-scratch meals with bases of greens, grains and broth-based bowls. Customers can add their choice of proteins, fresh veggies and other ingredients.

Popular menu items include Steak Bacon & Bleu Green Bowl, Tuna Poke Grain Bowl, Southwest Grilled Chicken Grain Bowl and Ranch Flank Steak Warm Rice Bowl, which is offered with your choice of house-made dressings and hand squeezed lemonades.

All foods are free of trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners, other artificial additives and GMO’s. The chicken and steak used are sustainably raised and never given antibiotics or hormones, and the bone broth is slow simmered all day for maximum taste and nutrition.The restaurant offers many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as kids’ menu items that can be customized.

The first CoreLife Eatery opened in Syracuse, New York in 2015, and has expanded to eight states. The first Utah location opened in American Fork last August. For more information, please visit www.corelifeeatery.com.

The Sandy location will officially open Friday, Jan. 26, and Thursday’s free meals fundraiser is a way for people to get acquainted with the restaurant, its menu and food philosophy.

“CoreLife Eatery is more than a brand – for our customers, our food is a major part of their lifestyle,” Scott Davis, the company’s president and chief concept officer. “We’re making clean eating easy, convenient and affordable, without sacrificing flavor.”

Davis was the chief concept officer and Panera Bread, a successful brand in  fast casual dining. The company is led by CEO Larry Wilson.
