If you’d like to celebrate Mother’s Day in style, Park City restaurants are offering a range of special menus and discounts. And, there are spa specials if you want to pamper Mom a little.

APEX AT MONTAGE DEER VALLEY

 Brunch buffet

$65 for adults, $30 for children

Apex is serving a sumptuous brunch this Mother’s Day, featuring favorite classics and new twists. Enjoy selections like eggs benedict florentine, Corn Flake-crusted brioche French toast or pan-roasted salmon, a carvery with peppercorn-crusted beef tenderloin and artisan sausage skewers, chilled seafood, four salads, roasted tomato soup, charcuterie and olives, and five mouthwatering desserts. A kid’s corner, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and cookies and pastries will also be on offer.

Baked eggs with creamy leeks, baby spinach and Gruyère cheese served with glazed Niman Ranch ham and toasted housemade focaccia bread with a choice of housemade peach iced tea or peach sparking water.

GRUB STEAK

Brunch Buffet

The Grub Steak will be offering a Carvery station with smoked bone-in ham and roasted turkey breast with mango ginger relish.  In addition, a cold buffet table will offer apple-wood house smoked salmon filet, yellow and red tomato skewers with mozzarella and basil and kalamata olive, red onion and feta cheese quiche.  A hot buffet table will offer scrambled eggs, home-style potatoes, country link sausages, thick sliced smoked bacon, cheese blintzes with blueberry sauce, eggs benedict with citrus hollandaise, grilled strip loin with of beef with mushroom Dijon sauce, shrimp and roasted pepper polenta, ancho rubbed Mahi filet with pico de gallo and cilantro crème and broccoli au gratin with gruyere cheese.  Finally a cheese selection and bakery and dessert table will be offered along with a fresh fruit bar.

Powder’s raved-about brunch buffet returns for Mother’s Day. Enjoy spinach and mushroom quiche, deviled eggs, caviar, French toast, berries and more; a raw bar with oysters, sashimi, ahi tuna and jumbo shrimp; a carving station with slow roasted prime rib and maple glazed pork loin; a range of soups, vegetables and fish; charcuterie and cheese; a bakery display with breads, danishes, donuts and croissants; and a selection of desserts from the pastry shop.

RED ROCK

If casual’s your thing, Red Rock Brewing is the way to go. The restaurant won’t be serving a buffet brunch, but enjoy its locals-favorite brunch fare, plus a few special selections and $2 bloody marys and mimosas.

RIVERHORSE ON MAIN

The South, the West and the Shore are once again converging on State Road Tavern at Dejoria Center in Kamas. For Mother’s Day this destination is peel-n-eat shrimp, fried chicken-n-waffles, king crab legs, and crab benedict, plus brunch staples like house-smoked Virginia ham, herb-crusted prime rib, Utah trout, eggs any style, sausage, bacon, pastries, fresh fruit, granola and more.

VERSANTE AT PARK CITY PEAKS

Brunch, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This home for flatbread pizzas and more will be opening for brunch this Mother’s Day. Its outdoor deck will be completed, menu selections will be available, and bloody marys and mimosas will of course be on offer.
