I wrote about my visit to Moe’s when it opened in Clinton last month.

Now that Chick-fil-A, Noodles & Co., and Chipotle are open at Station Park in Farmington, here’s a list of upcoming restaurant openings:

  • Blaze Pizza (September 22)  – I’m excited about this one. According to its website, it’s customized pizza made in an assembly line — think of Subway, Chipotle, Cafe Rio, etc., but for pizza.   And it bakes in 3 minutes.
  • Mad Greens (October 6)  Healthy options such as wraps, panini sandwiches, salads and a juice bar.
  • The Baked Bear (October 14) Customized ice cream sandwiches,
  • Blue Lemon (November 15) A Utah-based upscale fast casual chain.
