Snow Basin Resort is hosting a four-course Valentine’s Dinner that includes a romantic mountainside gondola ride to Needles Lodge.

The Valentine’s Dinner is from 6-8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14.  For an appetizer, diners have a choice of hot and cold oyster platter, heirloom tomatoes and burrata cheese, or pan-seared sea scallops.

It’s followed by Roasted Red Pepper and Crab Soup, and a choice of Roasted Beet and Potato Salad, Garden Vegetable Salad, or Kale Caesar Salad. Entree choices are Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Pan-Roasted Duck Breast, Baked Sea Bass or Stuffed Banana Squash.

Shared desserts include Chocolate S’More Cheesecake, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Lemon Chiffon Cake, and Chocolate Decadence with Chambord Cream.

The price is $75 per person, which includes the meal, the gondola ride, and a rose and chocolate for your Valentine.  Tax and tip are not included.
