Cafe Rio Opening in Saratoga Springs

caferioCafe Rio’s 27th Utah location opens Wednesday, Jan. 21 at 1513 Redwood Rd., Saratoga Springs. The restaurant serves fresh, made-from-scratch meals in an eclectic ambience. Cafe Rio currently owns and operates seventy seven locations in eleven states.

This past year, 2014, marks the third year Cafe Rio has received the coveted title of the Nation’s Number One Overall Quick Service Restaurant from Sandelman & Associates’ Quick-Track® Award; and first-time winner of the Nation’s Restaurant News Breakout Brands 2014.

The new Saratoga Springs, Utah location will open to the public at 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 21. Cafe Rio Mexican Grill will make a charitable donation to Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry, which works with local partners such as Utah Food Bank.

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, Inc. is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah and has been in business since 1997. Its menu is inspired by the traditional Mexican cooking found in the Rio Grande region of Northern Mexico, Southern Texas, and New Mexico.
