While I was searching around on the Internet for chili recipes, I discovered that my own Quick Tailgate Chili was featured in The Advocate newspaper in Baton Rouge, La. last year.
That’s pretty flattering, because the Advocate’s popular Food section has a stellar reputation, a talented food editor in Cheramie Sonnier, and a huge following.

I was looking at chili recipes because I’m working on a similar chili — one that’s even easier to prepare, with even fewer ingredients. And hopefully, it will taste just as good!
